We open city by city so each community has the right support from day one.
The stages a city goes through
- Waitlist: We collect interest from local parents and babysitters. A city opens once it reaches its threshold.
- Pilot: We invite a small group to match, book, and share feedback before opening fully.
- Live: The city is open. Parents can request a sitter and babysitters can join.
The status badge on each city shows its stage, and the city page always offers one clear next step: join the waitlist, join the pilot, or request a sitter. If your city is not listed yet, suggest it and we will prioritize the launch.
