Privacy

This is a pre-launch notice for the Nanaby website and its waitlist and city-suggestion forms. We will publish a full privacy policy before general launch.

What we collect. When you join a waitlist or suggest a city, we collect the email address you enter, the city you select or suggest, and whether you are a parent or a babysitter. We also store a salted hash of your IP address and a salted hash of your User-Agent to protect the forms from abuse.

Why we use it. We use it only to measure demand, prioritise city launches, and email you about Nanaby in your city. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

Legal basis. We process this data with your consent, which you give by submitting the form. You can withdraw it at any time.

Where it is stored. Submissions are handled by Nanaby’s own forms service. We do not store raw IP addresses or User-Agent strings, and we do not log submission payloads.

Retention. We keep waitlist entries until you ask us to remove them, or until the waitlist for your city is closed, and at most 183 days for contact messages.

Your rights. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, or object to processing, through the contact form . You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
